Carolina Carnage Fest featured nine divisions of profights, or outrance, in several round-robin tournaments. Points are scored in a similar manner to boxing or MMA matches, with weapon strikes being counted alongside punches and kicks, as well as limited amounts of ground fighting. The winner of a round is awarded 10 points, with their opponent being awarded 9 or less, depending on the outcome of the round. Two rounds are held to determine the winner, with more rounds being held to settle tiebreakers. The scores below represent the number of rounds an individual fighter won over the course of a given match.
